You will go through several departments, gain practical experience by learning from real specialists, and attend vocational school in blocks.

How to become part of the InterFund Solutions team
Step 1: Apply online
Apply directly via our careers page – simple and digital. Please upload your CV and your two most recent school certificates as PDFs.
Step 2: Timely feedback
You will receive a prompt response from us. If your application fits, we will invite you to an initial virtual interview. At the same time, you will gain access to our online assessment, which helps us get to know you even better. If there is mutual interest, a second interview will follow on site so you can experience us and your potential workplace in person.
Step 3: Trial days for selected apprenticeships
For some apprenticeships we also invite you to one or two trial days. This gives you a realistic impression of the profession, the working environment and our team.
After the interviews and trial days, we usually get back to you with a decision within two weeks.
