It also reflects the InterFund Solutions corporate values of innovation, reliable and collaborative. Business practices in the company are based on these values. In order to prevent corruption and breaches of antitrust laws, InterFund Solutions has an effective Compliance Management System in place. This is reviewed on an ongoing basis by means of external audits.

The InterFund Solutions Compliance Organization defines the internal regulations and supports their adherence. Core element are the Compliance Offices of the Group companies, which are supported by Local Compliance Officers. This ensures that Compliance contact persons can be reached for each employee.

InterFund Solutions has implemented a Compliance Management System to prevent instances of non-compliance and to increase employees’ awareness of compliance issues. In addition to prevention it is also used to detect and correct any instances of non-compliance.
